All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after your order is placed. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

During high-volume periods, processing times may be slightly delayed. If there is a significant delay with your order, we will contact you via email.

  • International Orders: 7–21 business days

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can monitor your package’s journey.

Incorrect Addresses

Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. Revéra is not responsible for packages delivered to incorrectly entered addresses.

Lost or Stolen Packages

We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once they have been handed over to the shipping carrier. If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be found, please contact the shipping carrier directly.

Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damaged item and packaging. We will work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
