At Revéra, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our return and refund policy below.

Returns

Due to the nature of skincare and beauty products, we only accept returns for items that are:

  • Damaged upon arrival
  • Defective
  • Incorrect items received

To be eligible for a return, you must contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused and in their original packaging.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns on:

  • Opened or used products
  • Products damaged through normal use
  • Sale or promotional items
  • Gift cards

Refunds

Once your request is reviewed and approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear depending on your bank or payment provider.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please email us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the item and packaging
  • A brief description of the issue

We will work quickly to resolve the problem through a replacement or refund.

Cancellations

Orders may only be canceled within 12 hours of purchase. Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled.
